since the hols aRe ending, let me just have a Recap of the happenings...
the holidays staRted with a few intensive pRacs with the TJCO and on the stage of SCH we go! heh.. wondeRful going on stage again.. though i felt that xyz wasn't of much attention this time Round... most of the melodinic paRts went to otheR instRu... nonetheless, it was a GOOD feeling to be on stage again... my my.. i just enjoy the attention!! muahahaha...
wen's biRthday!!! a gatheRing foR peeps whom i've not seen foR some time as well... gReat time theRe.. cleaning up the place foR heR... =p
next up! TRULY ASIA~ malaysia tRip!! went genting to play all the thRill Rides that my heaRt could and could not toleRate.. haha.. KL to do whateveR shopping we could... JB to visit gRandma... fiRst tRip out with the whole family... i can still RemembeR the smile dad and mom had thRoughout the tRip... heh.. not to foRget we took ouR fiRst full family photo... =)
the next day afteR we came back fRom m'sia, i staRted woRk at weatheRfoRd... eh... nothing much to talk bout.. haha...
in less than a week.... deaR's biRthday!! heh.. wasn't Really a veRy special celebRation... just feels good with each otheR's company... =)

bRotheR's biRthday on the 1st of the 7th lunaR month... hahahah....
deaR little bRotheR... with the cake mom bought which just makes us laugh... haha...
life went back to a boRed usual Routine of woRk, tuition, tuition, woRk, tuition, tuition, dating....
boss tReated me to Pete's Place in gRand Hyatt befoRe i left the company... estheR and emily tReated me to cRystal jade... =p yummy yummy!! hahaha...
Pete's Place... a little like maRche.. but the food theRe is much limited... and pRetty expensive...

dad was hospitalised foR acute appendicitis... got mc foR 20 days!!! while he's RecoveRing, i went foR my wisdom tooth suRgeRy on thuRsday....
i wanted to go polyclinic to see the dentist and get a RefeRRal letteR to go NDC foR the suRgeRy... but the eaRliest date the polyclinic could offeR was in octobeR... mind u... just to take a stupid letter got to wait few months... how stupid...
didn't want to wait till yeaR end cos i still want my oveRseas tRip!!! dunwan to spend my biRthday in pain eitheR....
so... deaR's JC classmate who's studying dentistRy coincidentally told him that NUH offeRs wisdom tooth suRgeRy foR a pRice of $200 done by pRof, with students obseRving... in a despeRate measuRe, i agReed to go foR it...
went theRe at 2pm on thuRsday, waited a while... filled in some foRms... took x-Ray.. by 245pm.. i was lying down, waiting foR the suRgeRy to staRt... it was soooooo fast!! i wasn't Really pRepaRed yet... heh...
the pRof injected about 3 syRinges of anaesthetics to my Right uppeR and loweR gums... and the suRgeRy staRted at bout 3pm.... i was blindfolded... but i was conscious.... i heaR the pRof asking the 2 students watching questions RegaRding the names and use of the instRuments... and i got a little bit afRaid when they couldn't answeR the questions at all!!!! why was i afRaid? cos one of the students was going to extRact my otheR tooth!!! =S
i heaR the pRof say something like.. "see this tissue? what's the name of this tissue? [continued to explain the tissue] ok.. theRe's a bit extRa heRe.. so i'm going to tRim it..." i inteRpRete it as he's going to cut off some meat fRom my mouth.. though i couldn't feel anything cos it was numb at the moment.. i was imagining the pain afteR the anaesthetics weaR out.... =x
afteR lots of dRilling in my mouth, the pRof declaRed the loweR tooth has been Removed... he pRoceeded to ask the guy student to extRact the fully eRupted uppeR wisdom tooth... i so much wanted to say i wan the pRof to do foR me instead, cos i felt Really insecuRe cos the guy couldn't answeR a single question asked by the pRof eaRlieR..
but it was too late... the guy staRted pulling and jeRking the tooth.... and i felt PAIN despite having anaesthetics... it was Really PAINFUL.... he took like AGES and the tooth was still theRe... i couldn't take the pain anymoRe... but i couldn't talk also... so i made a lot of noise.. haha... when he got the equipment out of my mouth, i managed to bluRt out... PAIN.... he gave me anotheR syRinge of anaesthetics.. which appaRently didn't woRk at all!!
afteR tugging MANY times and still failing, he accidently lose gRip of the equipment and i could feel whateveR that was knocking against my fRont tooth... then the pRof said, "minus 1 maRk.. put what u leaRn into use!! hand gRip ........" GOSH! i almost fainted... the pRof took oveR... showed the guy how to do it, and the guy continued...
u know how it felt like when he was tugging it out? it felt like he was teaRing out my whole uppeR jaw!!! i was like almost to teaRs... it was PAINFUL... and... PAINFUL...
yah... that explains the pRice diffeRence...

and deaR's fRiend gave wRong info.... she told me could pay by medisave... that's why i went... then when it was payment time, the cashieR said, "soRRy, cannot pay by medisave!" wah sianz... almost $300 plus medicine and eveRything loh.... if medisave then wun feel pinch leh....
when the anaesthetics woRe off lateR when i got home... the pain was....... intoleRable!!! veRy veRy painful... i just sat theRe and keep saying "pain... pain..." couldn't get to sleep... couldn't eat... what a hoRRible feeling!!
but in bout 6-8 houRs time, the pain wasn't that bad anymoRe... a little swelling... and i couldn't open my mouth too big.. in a day's time, i was munching food happily.. hahaha... though i was supposed to stick to a diet of soft food.. i couldn't caRe moRe! my appetite has been veRy good... the moRe i'm banned fRom eating some food, the moRe i wanna eat them!!!
deaR (must be out of guilt) came oveR my place these 2 days and accompany me... ok.. maybe not... he came... slept on my bed till dinneR time while I COOK FOR HIM... wake up... eat dinneR... watch TV while i WASH THE BOWLS.... aRgh..... MEN.... i thought i was the sick one...
anyway, going to NUH next thuR again to Remove the stitches....
school's staRting in a weeks time!!!
got immunology, fundamental phaRmacology and developmental biology foR my coRe modules...
going to tRy bidding foR gendeR studies and human development oveR the lifespan... the lateR is a pRetty inteResting module as i see fRom ivle.. quite similaR to developmental bio.... i dun have much choices... cos i can't take any moRe lvl 1000 modules... =(
deaR has matRiculated!! he bought a laptop.. (so Rich eh... not satisfied with his laptop at home..) and he has an ultRa slack timetable of ending lessons befoRe noon on 4 days... SLACK!!! well.. if i get the 2 otheR modules that i want, i'll have fRiday fRee!! woohoo!! and alt. monday fRee!! SHIOK!! can go sentosa with deaR eveRy fRiday.. hahahahhaha.... yah Right...
talking bout sentosa.... deaR and i went sentosa not long ago.... went foR the 4D magix... it was pRetty fun! haRz.. though it's a bit lame.. and a bit the ex.... but yah... once a lifetime can lah... haha... and the queue was SUPER long...........

palawan beach has changed so much!!! was a bit disappointed... cos it was siloso beach that used to be cRowded.. and deaR and i would go to the 2 toweRs in palawan beach wheRe it is quieteR... now.. it's noisy and cRowded eveRywheRe.... foodcouRt in palawan beach... eveRything became so aRtificial....
this doesn't Resemble the palawan beach i know at all!!!!

i cutted my haiR twice duRing this hols... and it's an achievement!! haha.. i usually cut my haiR maximum once a yeaR.... did fRinge Rebonding and colouRing the second time... wasn't pleased at all with the Results... ONE, she cut my fRinge TOO SHORT.. so that i look weiRd having a paRting.... TWO, i didn't get the colouR i want... not just that... the colouR isn't obvious at all... =(
i dun see the colouR!!!!! and my fRinge just look veRy veRy weiRd...
okok... 1am le... think i betteR stop heRe... Resuming tuition fRom tml onwaRds... but i think i betteR dun talk too much... =x
