i'm less than 2 months away fRom my pRactical dRiving test (finally) afteR postponing the one which was supposed to be in maRch...
and i still sux at dRiving.................................
had my fiRst ciRcuit last fRiday, and gosh, it veRy well was the most hoRRendous lesson i had... i went foR dRiving afteR woRk, which means it was alReady night time... my fiRst time in the ciRcuit had to be on a night even though i didn't wish foR it too.. but my RosteR did not peRmit otheR times..
i had few dRiving lessons in the daRk befoRe.. and u bet i was RatheR excited and scaRed when we enteRed the ciRcuit.. we went stRaight foR the paRallel paRking.. i had to dRive so slowly and Rely only on clutch contRol (i'm a goneR at which) to move the caR.. i usually cheat by keeping half clutch and Relying on the bRake.. but always kena scolding foR that.. =x
anyway, paRallel paRking... i haven't had lessons foR 2 weeks befoRe the ciRcuit, and wasn't comfoRtable with dRiving noR paRking alReady.. plus i've neveR tRied to paRk with so many otheR ppl befoRe.. the place was daRk.. i looked back, spot the pole, and ReveRse... then my instRuctoR shouted, "what aRe you doing!!! wRong pole!!!" opps?! it's the fiRst time i saw so many poles behind me while i'm paRking, and i couldn't tell which one was the pole i was supposed to be looking at... =x feeling disappointed with myself, i continue destRucting my own pRide when i knocked down the pole while i was adjusting the caR in the lot... =x AND to hit the pole a second time on my second attempt... AND to HIT the keRb... -_-"
veRtical paRking was no good eitheR.... as usual, i spotted the wRong pole (i couldn't figuRe out which poles weRe foR the lots numbeR i was supposed to paRk at) again and almost mount the keRb.. damn... i hate those poles... to top it all, i was so tensed that i got a cRamp in my left leg while paRking..... had to stop in the lot and Rest.............................. =x =x =x
the Rest was RatheR okay... i went thRough S couRse, slope, diRectional change and the Rest with a one time okay~ i think it's just my paRking skills... i need moRe pRactice!!!!
woRk wise, hmm.. not veRy good... ppl have been testing my toleRance and my tempeR... if u say it one oR twice, okay, i'll take it well as a joke.. if u'Re gonna Repeat it ten thousand times in my eaR while i'm alReady feeling highly iRRitated by the fact that it's nothing got to do with me (like, causing a paRticulaR section to have a lot of specimens, causing dinneR to come late, causing instRument to have a ceRtain old pRoblem), u can't Really blame me foR flaRing my notoRious tempeR at you.. i thought my tempeR pRob had been cuRb yeaRs ago... but these ppl aRe tRying to test my patience.....................
AND I AM NOT IN CHEMISTRY. damn. even the students thought i'm in chem..... i'm in geneRal haem, and in futuRe in yishun, special haem as well.. when aRe they going to stop putting me in chem all the time!?!?!
just last sunday, i was woRking fRom 830am to 830pm... supeR tiRing....... and wasn't i glad that haem wasn't that busy cos i had to thaw and issue oveR 10 pints of FFP just in one moRning... busy like nobody business... i had to do 2 full cRoss match foR this patient who used to be antibody positive as well.. and ouR blood stock went so low that i had to call the dRiveR to go CTM to collect uRgent stock.. plus Receiving.. plus testing... all the way till almost 12pm befoRe i had a little time to Review the pRevious night slides...
and one of it had pRomyelocytes.. the most hated cell.. i RatheR have blasts oR plasma cells which aRe easieR to identify... i called the otheR staff aRound but that had no idea eitheR... =x DB told me in his pRevious woRk place, when they had such slides, they'll give pReliminaRy Results and the doctoR will Read the slide themselves.. yah loh.. if i could Read, i can be a doctoR!! haha.. yah Right...
will be on night these 2 days again... at least i'm with a paRtneR i can clique with.. =)
half moRe month to go to my awaited long bReak fRom woRk!!! =) =) =)
