alRight.. i've been... busy...

and sick!!

can't Really point out what's i've been busy with.. but i just can't seem to find time foR things..

ah haR!! now i RemembeR... OLYMPICS!

i'm usually not that keen on spoRts competition... it was one afteRnoon afteR my 2nd night shift (which btw i met ningqi who's at the hosp foR inteRnship while i was on my way back)... i plunged into bed at almost 11am.. and woke up at 2pm with a heavy head and a full bladdeR.. was Reluctant to get off my bed, but thought i would sleep betteR with an empty bladdeR.. woke up, saw my dad watching tv in the living Room... watching table tennis... somehow, i ended up beside him and witnessed the fiRst silveR ouR nation get in almost 5 decades!

i was all gRouchy with headache cos i woRked thRough the whole night and had only 3 houRs sleep afteR.. but the adRenaline Rush while watching the team played was simply incRedible!


and that was it.

eveR since that day, i was watching olympics wheneveR i'm not at woRk.. i love to watch synchRonised swimming, gymnastics and table tennis! i can vaguely RemembeR stayed glued to the tv 4 yeaRs back, though i wasn't such a big fan of the nation's table tennis team back then..

RIGHT. that must what it was that kept me busy.

5th aunt came oveR fRom malaysia with cousin... we went oveR to sis's new place again... went shopping too... this is my favouRite and closest aunt, who always kope my jeans and 3 quaRts cos we'Re bout the same size.. =x haha.. she's veRy paRticulaR bout facial caRe... and complained how my makeup RemoveR is gonna make my skin dRy.. =x nag nag nag and made me take caRe of my face... =p

i fell sick too... was down with a Really bad and painful soRe thRoat.. and a flu... and i kept feeling feveRish... dRy coughs that suRges duRing the night... couldn't sleep well at all.. went to A&E to see the doc (staff pRoceduRe to see doc), and the doc was one whom i-dunno-what-he's-saying-and-he-dunno-what-i'm-saying. he gave me LOTS of medicine.. and i mean A LOT. like that last 2 weeks?!!?!? 4 diffeRent types of medications.. which, i didn't believe in. didn't even give me any medication foR my flu loh... in the end, i only took the antibiotics as and when i RemembeR to take... and chuck the Rest one side..

the phaRmacist waRned me that the antibiotics i'm taking may cause vomitting and diaRRhoea.. WEIRD. why do doctoRs pRescRibe medicine to make u feel moRe sick? i'll RatheR put up with a soRe thRoat than having to vomit! i took my own chloRphniRamine and felt so much betteR the next day...

speaking of which, i'm guilty to say that i've passed all the viRuses to him... and the weak guy is now quite sick.. =x

anyway, the doc gave me 2 days mc!

BUT, no one was willing to coveR my duty as i was woRking 2-9 that day.. and so i woRked, feeling Really sick and somewhat giddy.. till 9pm........ SIANZ. i hate shifts!!!

i've managed to cancelled the pResentation which i was supposed to pResent next week.. yeah!! =p theRe's Really nothing else to pResent le.. plus my paRtneR will be away on tRaining... so yeah!!
